Thank you for choosing CARe Medical College Hospital
We’ve compiled answers to the questions patients and visitors commonly ask us and included them in our Admissions Guide. Here you’ll find general information on the procedures and processes that may take place during pre-admission, your stay and upon your discharge.
Your doctor or the clinic staff will have made the necessary reservations for your admission and guided you to the Business Office to complete your pre-admission registration and undergo financial counselling so that you understand how the payment process works and what you can expect to pay.
You will be contacted the day before your admission date and advised of the details of the room you have been allocated.
On the day of your admission, you may arrive at the hospital 30 minutes before your procedure time.
However, if your doctor or our customer care center has informed you that you will need blood on standby for surgery, you must check into the hospital.
Where To Go
When you arrive at the hospital, proceed directly to the room allocated to you. Once there, one of our nurses will process your check-in.
If you are unsure of where to go, the Concierge at the main lobby will be pleased to assist you.
What To Bring
Your nurse will need the following things from you to complete your admission.
- Your doctor’s referral letter
- Identity card/passport/birth certificate
- Any medical benefits card or letter of guarantee from your insurance company/employer (only applicable for companies that have credit arrangements with the hospital)
Basic toiletries, towels and robes are available in your room. You will need to bring other personal toiletries eg. toothbrush and shaving kit.
We are here for you.
I am writing to express my gratitude from my family for the care given to my mother. In the ICU, there was care, compassion, and respect. A special thank you to your social workers as well; they provided professional guidance, comfort, and strength to make our own decisions. Finally, I cannot praise the Palliative Care and Hospice team enough. They were patient and helpful. All our hope that you continue along this path.
On behalf of my wife, who was a patient in your hospital, I humbly submit my sincere gratitude to the management and staff of CARe Hospital, especially to your outstanding nurses and PCAs. They have been outstandingly helpful and provided a high quality of service, care and comfort to my wife. Thank you.
